Cheyenne

Always encourage others to be true to themselves.

Born in Los Angeles, but raised in a small town in Virginia, Cheyenne has always had big dreams of moving back to the West Coast. In 2016, she made that dream happen by accepting a job as a live-in nanny. With a Bachelors in Psychology: Child Development, Cheyenne started her career working in behavior therapy with children diagnosed with developmental disabilities. However, Cheyenne always felt strongly about her love of hair color and beauty, and decided to pursue that journey in August of 2020.

As a jack of all trades, Cheyenne has found joy in many job fields that require her to offer excellent customer service. Lorena, our Colour Bar owner, has described her as a “yes person” who is always willing to accept any new challenges. From running her own handmade jewelry business, to pursuing her cosmetology license, Cheyenne finds the most satisfaction in positions where she can help encourage self-confidence and self-love in others.

Cheyenne is currently in school at Paul Mitchell and will graduate with her cosmetology license in January of 2022, thus hoping to start her career as a stylist here at The Colour Bar!
