Hair Appointments Affected by COVID-19

We would like to update you on our salon closure. We are still currently closed and with the recent extension by the Sacramento County Public Health Officer, we have to remain closed until the Sacramento County announces that it is safe for nonessential businesses to reopen. As of now, the shelter in place order has been set through December 2020.

We understand that this is not the news you want to hear. This is also not the news we want to give you. Thankfully, this is only temporary and as soon as we can service you we will do everything in our power to get you in our chairs!

We miss you. A lot! We love and appreciate your support and patience during this time. We want to ensure that you, your loved ones, our team and their loved ones continue to stay safe.

Rescheduling appointments affected by COVID-19

We understand you may have concerns regarding your current appointment. We promise you we will do everything we can to get you rebooked in a timely manner. Our goal is to reschedule appointments based on the order they were originally booked.

We will contact each and everyone of our clients that currently has an appointment in the upcoming weeks. If you have an appointment scheduled during our salon closure, you do not need to call to reschedule. We will contact all of our clients as soon as we confirm our re-opening date.

No, you do not have to cancel your appointment if it is scheduled during our salon closure.

We will be in touch as soon as we can confirm our opening date. As of now, we are holding off on rescheduling appointments until we get a confirmation on a re-opening date.
