How do I track my order?

We ship out all orders within 1-2 business days after receiving your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking link which will update as your order makes its way to you. This link will also notify you if there are any delays in your area, causing your order to take longer than expected.

What happens if I order something and it is out of stock?

We will contact you and let you know that we are out of stock. We will give you the option to keep your order and we’ll process it as soon as it is back in stock or we can refund you the full price of the item and refund your card or account for the value of the item within 3-5 business days.

USPS says my order was delivered but I haven't received it. What do I do?

In most cases, USPS delivers packages on the front porch, mailbox/locker, or office. Please ensure that the mail is not in these areas.

Unfortunately we do not cover lost or stolen packages, but you have a couple of options that we hope can help you:

We recommend visiting your local USPS post office and providing the clerks your tracking number so that they can investigate further. The packages are scanned at drop off so they should be able to provide you with the exact location where the package was delivered. If the package was delivered at the wrong location, they will provide the instructions on how to file a claim.

You can file a missing mail claim with USPS. However this process takes several days.

What do I do if my product is damaged?

We apologize if you received a damaged product and will get a new one to you as soon as possible. Please send us a photo of the damaged product to orders @ thecolourbar.me. Once we receive proof of damaged product, we can go ahead and ship out a replacement.

My package was stolen, what should I do?

When can i expect my order to arrive?

We ship out orders within 1-2 business days of receiving it. Tracking information is sent to you by email as soon as the package is shipped. Please use that link to check the status of your package.

On average USPS delivers packages within 1-3 business days depending on destination. However, USPS does have up to 30 days before declaring a package lost.

Once we send out your order to USPS, we unfortunately have no control of how long delivery will take.

What carrier do you ship with?

We typically ship with USPS. There are a few rare cases in which we use UPS.

How do I start a return?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly so we can’t guarantee the cancellation, but we’ll do our best.

Can I cancel my order?

Should you need to start a return with us, you can contact us with your order number and reason for return and we will resolve it as soon as possible.

Please note that any returns / refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

I entered the wrong address, what can I do?

Contact us immediately. In some cases we may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn’t already been processed. In the event that your order is undeliverable or returned to sender due to insufficient or inaccurate shipping information, please note that shipping is non-refundable.
