Unlike other Sicilian oils, the Minuta olive oil is very delicate and rich in subtle fruity notes with floral aromas. It is highly nutritious with a high concen-tration of polyphenols and vitamin E.The centuries-old olive groves, which are still producing, are evidence of the historical significance of Minuta olives in the area.
